Lawrence Allan Moy

After 5 years of my personal injury lawsuit and almost 1 year after signed release and settlement, I am still awaiting funds. Calls, emails, and pleas to office for him to touch base with me for updates go ignored. It seems his office help is as insensitive as he is. I've never ever been a pest for t...he 1st 4 years of my case. But in the 5th and final year of my case, and especially in regards to almost a year since signed settlement/release, I expect some informed contact from him. I know of liens and such that have to be addressed. But even still, I should receive updates from time to time. And more still, even lien management should not take this long. It is painfully obvious to me that he does not have a conscientious effort in my case and settlement. Because he does not remember confirmed discussions we have had or emails I have sent him. The last time Lawrence Allan Moy and I talked I explained to him that 4 or 5 months of non-communication at this time is not only inconsiderate but unethical of a good lawyer-client relationship. It has been a year since settlement. So, I asked him to keep in touch more. He said he would. And 3 months counting from then, he has not kept in touch. At this point he has built a feeling of uneasiness and mistrust from me.

I do not know who these individuals are that are claiming that Moy was a God send, because my experience with him has been nothing but a nightmare. Moy is unreliable, dose not return calls and puts forth very little effect on behalf of his clients. Moy has been settling my case since 2009 and to date... there is no resolution.. I am at this point in the process of filing a lawsuit against Moy to recover my lost settlement due to his poor practices. Moy ruined my case and my settlement is pending because Moy is missing in action and is not returning calls to even the adjustor of the company that i am suing. Moy is a horrible attorney and if you are looking for a good reliable attorney look elsewhere.

Mr. Moy went out of his way to make me feel confident and secure about my case. Making sure i was always informed and kept up to date. He was available for me 24/7, in case i had any questions or if i was feeling anxious about my case. He was constantly reassuring me that everything was going to be a...lright. And it definitly was. Thank you for the outstanding job you did representing me Lawrence. Youre truly amazing.
