Grant Steven Hermes

Mr. Hermes is a native of Orange County, avid athlete, and brings with him a background of business, accounting, and real estate to his legal practice.  Mr. Hermes received his education at University of California Santa Barbara where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics and Accounting. From there he worked as the accountant for a real estate company in Seattle, WA, managing the financials for large-scale homeowners associations and commercial properties and supporting the operations and management of the company.

Mr. Hermes then earned his Juris Doctorate from Whittier Law School where he graduated summa cum laude and served as the executive editor for the law review.  Mr. Hermes is licensed to practice law in the State of California; U.S. District Court, Central District of California; and U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.

Mr. Hermes’ background affords him the ability to understand the big picture of complex business transactions, as well as efficiently uncover the details in the financials that led to the breakdown of a business deal or relationship.

His ability to understand the operations and financials of a company saves his clients’ time and money that would otherwise be needed to educate lawyers without business and accounting backgrounds.

Mr. Hermes is also an avid cyclist, trail runner, mountaineer, and telemark skier.
