Douglas Edward Coggins

Let me start off with the good: Mr. Coggins was very polite and professional. He does have a clear understanding of the law. He communicates well and adapted to personal changes. Now the bad: I hired it because he sounded like someone that actually cared about what he was doing instead of just... selling his services. That wasn't the case. I didn't deserve the outcome of what he was hired to do and I even provided him with ample documentation to professionally defend my case. When all the dust has settled I am extremely disappointed to report that his heart isn't in justice, it's to providing his services.
