Bicycle vs auto: my claim with State Farm. Brett Sachs

UNEQUIVOCAL. I recommend Brett Sachs. I was in a motor vehicle collision and I was riding a bicycle that occurred in Turlock, CA. In trying to work with the driver's insurance carrier State Farm and their adjusters, I found that I needed legal advice. I called a law firm and left a message, in whi...ch, I was immediately called back by Brett Sachs. He quickly set up a time with a local investigator to come and see me to do an intake of information, in fact, the investigator came to see me within 6 hours of speaking to Brett. Brett addressed the issues in order of importance. First, my medical treatments that needed attending to. This involved exams, testing, imaging that finally evolved into multiple surgeries. Second, to try and regain some normality to my life. He made the medical arrangements to see the required specialists. He took care of the medical billing and liens. He was also concerned about my medical transportation issues and made appropriate accommodations. He found where to have my surgeries performed at with quality surgeons, he even made arrangements with the surgeon's offices to expedite my workups. He kept me informed of where my case was at all times and he is easy to get a hold of. It's tough after any accident with all it's complexity. I found Brett to make it somewhat easier to bear. In fact, the medical/legality process is almost "seamless" "smooth" and "transparent" with Brett's help. Hope no one needs this kind of help, but if you do I highly recommend him to others.
