Great Trial Attorney

Aaron is one of the best trial atorneys. I was the defendant in a matter Aaron helped me with, prior to trial we offered over $150K to settle the matter, after trial Aaron had won me an award of $86K, that was a $236K swing in my favor because Aaron did such a good job.

"I met Aaron when he was handling a mutual client's business litigation. I was impressed by knowledge, integrity and steady demeanor dealing with a highly stressful situation. I have had the good fortune of knowing him better since then, and I hope to work with him on more matters in the future. I know that any client I send to him will be well served."

"Aaron Fairchild is one of the most effective, efficient, ethical litigators that I've ever encountered. He's remarkably good at producing powerful motion work in a very short period of time. His writing style is clear, succinct, and extraordinarily effective. I would recommend Aaron to any person involved in nearly any kind of civil dispute."

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
