William Clarence Kersten

He knew exactly what he was doin and what his strategy was going to be from the first hearing he appeared at, HE LISTENED!!! as I'm shuhing my livid family MBR for not screaming objections, although a litte weary by his quiet and calm demeanor. As He may seem like he is not doing his "job" per societ...ies stupid perception. I am observate and not emotional about lies so I quickly understood his approach... He did the best, smartest thing an Attorney who is smart does is observe, listen, non emotional. I agreed while my mother didnt, we let the other party talk themselves until they talked in circles, created impossible fictious stories... He allowed them to talk themselves so deep into a the lavish lies... they couldn't even remember what the hell they where even trying to point out it was comical.. By observing his behavior in court and following his instruction I was able to win my case get my daughter back after a nine-month ridiculously staged attempt to steal my daughter through temporary guardianship case. And let me tell you every other Attorney I had spoke with had told me basically I had no chance and I was going to get my daughter back maybe within a year or a few years but definitely not anytime if LUCKY....Well Bill worked my case 3 MONTHS AND PULLED OFF THE VICTORY MY YR!!! Sometimes you just have to listen and believe, take advice and just give in. I rarely called him, I just saw him for a few minutes to prepare at court or if he had a question for me a quick email and that was it. I surrendered and gave the Attorney the POWER do his job and it got done. I am in eternally grateful to this man he gave me the light of my life back and nothing has made me happier judgment day definitely in the top five of my most memorable moments in life. He has worked with my family financially and for that I am forever grateful thank you Bill and I always refer people directly to you for your services as I believe you deserve to not only receive that business but help somebody else get their life back.

I had William as my attorney in my divorce and custody case, Banks vs Banks. Bill was very thorough and knowledgeable with my type of case. It took over a year and a half for the things to fall into place. Bill was very patient and understanding with my millions of questions and concerns. He was mor...e than fair working with me financially. I feel that he took every step to ensure that I was treated fairly with the outcome. I am fully aware that some cases have unpredictable out comes but I truly feel that Bill was the primary factor for my great results. I hired Mr. Kersten to assist with my Divorce/Move Away Order. My ex-husband was trying to take my children and move out of state with them. Bill was very forthcoming with the reality of my situation, always kept me informed, and was very helpful in explaining the process. At various times through...out the process, which took over a year, I would want to pursue my ex-husband or fight for some things that were frivolous. Bill always made sure I knew he would fight for whatever I asked, but some things were not pursuing. I needed to choose my battles. This was helpful, as at times your emotions get the best of you and we aren't always looking at the big picture. Bill was amazing!! I ended up winning my case.
