This is the one lawyer you want on your side

Mark helped us navigate the challenges of starting a new business and even warned us of potential conflicts and issues that could arise. Sure enough, we had a partner that decided to leave the business early and if it wasn't for the solid contract that Mark created for us, the business would have be...en in jeopardy. He correctly predicted the concerns and successfully minimized the threats. His experience and talent is worth every penny.
