I filed a petition for conservatorship of my elderly parent because the so-called caregiver, along with several accomplices, managed to grift over $1M from my parent in less than 4 years. The caregiver hired Josh Engle (with my parent's money) to contest the conservatorship. After I dropped the peti...tion due to not having the funds to pursue the case, the "caregivers" went on to coerce my parent into signing a reverse mortgage on their house which has been paid off for decades. Fast forward a year, and after I moved back home to take over caregiving duties and my parent granted a TRO with move-out against the caregiver, the caregiver has now hired Josh Engle to represent him - a clear conflict of interest. Josh has swallowed the shockingly easily-disproved assertions of his client hook, line and sinker. I don't think he's actually looked at the "evidence" his client provided both for the conservatorship and now permanent RO case. Now, confronted with actual bank records instead of hearsay and witness statements clearly scrawled in his client's own handwriting, maybe he isn't such a wiseguy after all. Maybe it helps to be delusional when you know you're representing a guilty person. Makes you wonder how he can sleep at night. Here's a tip, Josh: try running background checks on your client and their supporting witnesses.

He never tried contacting me about my case or if there were any news about my case and when i tried contacting him he never responded my calls or emails. I wouldn't hear from him for over a month and when he would finally answer he always came up with excuses. All this guy ever wanted was money. My c...ase ended up getting closed and he never once told me about it. I ended up hearing it from someone else. He is very unprofessional. I never ended up getting what i needed from this case because of his unproffesionalism. This man is undependable. Dont ever use him as your lawyer.
