Thane Daniel Nored

In August of 2011, I was charged with a DUI in Orange County. I contacted the Falangetti & Weimortz Law Offices quickly after being charged. My son was facing 60 days in jail due to his failure to re-enroll in his DUI Program. Mr. Norad took considerable time to review the reasons why my son was unable to enroll timely (medical reasons), and prepared a Disposition Summary that was presented to the judge for review at my son's hearing. M...r. Norad advised my son he would do everything in his power to keep my son from going to jail. After the judge reviewed the Disposition Summary, she immediately dismissed the case and advised my son he was eligible to re-enroll in his DUI Program. I believe the outcome of my son's case would have had a different outcome had Mr. Norad not assisted my son with his case. When I contacted Thane Nored I was in a difficult situation charged with a DUI and my court date was 2 days from out first meeting, my previous lawyer did nothing to help me and i had to drop him right before my court date.
