Nathan P. Walter

Nathan P. Walter is an attorney in Watt Tieder’s Irvine office specializing in construction contract litigation, surety law, and pre-litigation consultation. Through his work in construction litigation, Nathan has handled a variety of cases ranging from disputes underlying the development of multi-billion dollar public projects to disputes between general contractor and owner over delayed construction of residential projects.

Nathan's consultation practice finds him serving in an array of pre-litigation advisory roles ranging from assisting companies with less than fifteen employees navigate regulatory hurdles to establishing COVID-19 compliance procedures for S&P 500 companies. 

Prior to joining Watt Tieder, Nathan practiced aviation and aerospace litigation, with a focus on emerging technologies, including drone transportation regulation.

Nathan graduated from UCLA Law where he worked as a prosecutorial clerk in the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Hardcore Gang Unit.

Nathan now merges his experience in high-stakes trial work and complex contract/regulatory litigation in his consultation and construction contract litigation practice at Watt Tieder.
