Jeffrey Scott Kenny

Jeffrey S. Kenny, Esq. is a dedicated California licensed attorney possessing vast legal knowledge and experience in the full breadth of business litigation, business transactions, contract drafting and review, negotiation and settlement, real estate, mediation, corporate compliance, M&A, entity formation and structuring, and startup consultancy.  Prior to founding Kenny Law Group P.C., Mr. Kenny gained many years of experience working as a senior law clerk and subsequently an Associate awaiting licensure at both BP Fisher Law Group, LLP and WKB, LLP, respectively. He then was promoted to the Executive Board of a multinational holdings company wherein he maintained the entirety of corporate compliance for over twenty entities in the US and abroad while awaiting CA Bar Admission.

Mr. Kenny graduated in the top of his class at Trinity Law School, in addition to receiving the American Jurisprudence Award for obtaining the highest grade in Contracts II. He was a member of the Business and Tax Law Society, the President of the Entertainment and Sports Law Society, and the elected Senior Representative of the Student Bar Association. Additionally, he spent a summer in Strasbourg, France to study International Law and International Human Rights at the L’Institut International des Droits de l’Homme (International Institute of Human Rights), with visits to the European Court of Human Rights, the Council of Europe, and the European Parliament.

Prior to law school, Mr. Kenny received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a law concentration from the Fox School of Business at Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. There, he was a member of the National Scholars Honor Society and studied International Business at Temple University, Rome. In addition, he was chosen to represent Temple University in the 2008 Business Policy Competition and invited to be a guest speaker at the 2010 Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership summit held in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Mr. Kenny’s philanthropic endeavors include owning and operating a non-profit organization with his family called Ninos Del Reino (Children of the Kingdom – ), which aids many impoverished Salvadorian children through monthly donations used to purchase nourishment and other necessities for over seventy children. Additionally, he is also heavily involved in motorsports, generally, whether that entails working on classic German cars in his spare time, driving and racing them, or buying and selling classic cars both nationally and abroad.
