Just one day before I was set to begin working with Premier Law Group under Bethany LaFlam's leadership, I received a cold, impersonal email stating the firm was “moving in a different direction” and wishing me “good luck with my search.” This shocking and cruel decision came without so much as a pho...ne call or an ounce of transparency. Behind the scenes, I had accepted working together in good faith, been given a start date, and withdrawn from other opportunities, believing that Premier Law Group was a firm of integrity that honored its commitments. I had even shared the exciting news with my family and friends, celebrating what I thought would be my dream opportunity. Instead, this “dream” humiliated me in a manner that was both heartbreaking and degrading. When I reached out to Bethany LaFlam for clarification and reconsideration, my requests for clarity were blatantly ignored. She dismissed me entirely, ignoring both my email and LinkedIn messages. Premier Law Group under Bethany LaFlam's leadership demonstrated a level of unprofessionalism and cruelty that is truly despicable. The behavior reveals a toxic and dehumanizing culture that treats people as disposable, with no regard for the damage inflicted. This lawyer and organization operate without respect, decency, or integrity, an absolutely dreadful experience.
