Sale of my business

I turned to Michael Newcomb when I decided to sell my business as I knew it was an involved transaction which would require contractual expertise. From our first meeting, I knew I had made the right choice. Michael's expertise and his insights into the various aspects of protecting my interests wer...e evident immediately. Michael produced multiple contracts which were accepted by the other parties attorney with very few changes. Discussions and challenges were handled accurately and efficiently. We were able to complete our transaction in very reasonable time during which Michael kept me informed and communication throughout was excellent. Another aspect I was grateful for was that when it was time for the "final accounting", Michael's billing was extremely reasonable. Not only did I appreciate his legal work, but I appreciated his excellent value. In the future when I have a legal need, Michael Newcomb will be my first call.
