Michael William Newcomb

Michael was hired to assist with our company's private placement and acquisition of various mining claims. He gave us advice and structured our company in a way that enabled us to quickly obtain interest from both private and institutional investors. I doubt any attorney within 20 miles of Temecula... has the knowledge and skill to assist our company and my partners and I were extremely pleased. Most importantly, he understands business and prepared us to effectively negotiate with the claim holders and investors.

Michael started off as professional and somewhat responsive, however as two to three weeks passed, Michael was very slow to return calls and emails from us. Our case became very complex and required more attention from Michael and we felt he could not comply. As a result, we chose to hire A NEW atto...rney to pick up where he left off. At this time, we felt that Michael would be capable of forming a new corporation for our business so that our new attorney could focus on our more demanding case. It has now been 3 months (Michael told us it would take 10 to 14 business days!), we emailed and called several times to find out the status on a corporation that we paid him for in FULL and he simply WILL NOT call or email back (we have gotten one short email from Michael that it was "accepted" by the state 2 months ago). Michael has since completely ignored our calls and emails in which we are DEMANDING to know where our new corporation is. After several requests, Michael Newcomb simply STOPPED calling us back altogether. We now just want our money returned and our property back (he has our old LLC). We have no choice but to pay someone else to do our corporation. We're shocked and extremely disappointed and would never recommend Michael Newcomb as an attorney. By the way, according to the California Sate Secretary Website, there are NO RECORDS found on our new corporation. It is now mid November and we started the corporation with Michael in Mid August.
