Gregory William Norris

I started my career in the building trades. I had built my first home from the bottom up before I was 20 years of age. I then went onto an electrical industry for 12 years rapidly moving from apprentice, to journeyman, to foreman, general foreman and finally a Jr. Project Manager and estimator. I left the electrical industry to help my father's real estate education and investment business from 2004 through 2016. During that time we built out a 93 single family homes and I managed a 12 million dollar fund flipping over 650 homes. I have an electrical contractor's license, general contractor's license, and I am a real estate broker in both California and Florida. I have the education of a Certified Commercial Investment Manager, but I have never pursued the full certification. I am an expert in Accubid electrical estimating software. I have some training in Microsoft Project and Primavera, but consider myself a novice in using these programs. I have recently finished my law degree at Trinity Law School in 2024. I passed the Bar in 2025, and I am now officially a lawyer. What a journey! Now I am focusing on Family Law, Civil Litigation, and Estate Planning.
