Absolutely terrible

I contacted Ms. Vincent regarding a contested divorce I was going through. This was a 3 year marriage, my ex-husband had hired an aggresive attorney who demand all post-separation documents which included two years of bank statements. Even though this documentation has nothing to do with my marriage ...and would be a financial hardship, I was told I had to produce it. Mind you my husband had never produced any documentation. When I met with Ms. Vincent and turned in my 1,000 pages of documentation, I requested that she make a request for discovery from my ex. Ms. Vincenr's reply was "you were only married 3 years, unless you are rich, there is nothing more to do here, we will submit the discovery and should call it a day." I felt she wasnt planning on representing my best interest because it was not going to garner her a large some of money. Within the 3 months I dealt with her, she used my $4,000 retainer for mostly communicating with the paralegal and also checking the paralegal's work. I was charged for various forms the paralegal said she completed but I never saw them nor were they made available in my file when I hired a new attorney.

Catherine fights for father's rights!

If you want an attorney you can trust to fight for your rights as a father, who is experienced and most importantly, aggressive, I highly recommend Catherine Vincent and Vincent Family Law Group. I have been battling my ex-wife for years now, and every time she would drag me into court I would end u...p with less and less visitation time and more and more child support and spousal support to be paid. Once I hired Catherine, things changed. My ex-wife had been dragging me back and forth into court for over 18 months, and once I hired Catherine she went to work on putting an end to it all and settling out of court. Not only was she able to settle my case out of court, but she was able to get my spousal support terminated! I could have been paying spousal support for a lifetime because I was married to my ex for over 10 years. Catherine also got my child support reduced significantly, and my visitation time increased! Then, once I thought everything was said and done, my ex-wife filed for ANOTHER hearing, just 3 months after we settled. Catherine guided me through how to handle my response, and when we went into court that day the judge allowed Catherine and my ex-wife’s attorney just a few moments to state their case. Once they were through, the judge looked at my ex-wife and said two words I will never forget…”respectfully denied.” Yes indeed, I won. Finally. For the first time since my divorce I finally felt like justice was on my side, and I have Catherine Vincent to thank for that! If you are a father looking for someone to fight for your rights, Catherine Vincent is the one to get the job done! I highly recommend Attorney Catherine Vincent and the Vincent Family Law Group to handle your case. She is aggressive, determined and most importantly she is very experienced! Thank you, Catherine.
