Coach

This lawyer is bright, honest and very personable. He took time to meet with me and go over my entire case. His knowledge of the law was such that he found an amazing loop hole in the law to get the insurance company off of my back. We were able to solve my accident promptly and professionally and... in my favor.

AN OUTSTANDING LAWYER

He is the best!!!! Robert G. Johnson, Jr has represented me a couple times and I have nothing but WONDERFUL things to say about him. I have also referred many clients to him because I have had such great experiences. Mr. Johnson always kept me up to date on my cases and helped me understand the proce...ss. Linda in his office is nothing short of a miracle worker. Mr. Johnson and Linda are an outstanding team, working together to make sure everything runs smoothly. An extra benefit is Mr. Johnson always has the best stories to tell and is very relatable. I never had any issue getting ahold of someone in the office to speak with about my cases. I have personally seen Mr. Johnson win cases that no one else would take. I referred a case to him once, this poor lady had been in a horrific accident and she spoke to 10 different lawyers, no one would help her, it was too complicated of a case. Mr. Johnson heard her story and agreed he would be the one to help her. He not only won the case but helped a mother of four get the medical and financial help she needed to recover from her accident. I highly recommend Robert G Johnson, Jr. as a lawyer. He will bend over backwards to do everything in his power to get you the best result possible… You would be lucky to have this lawyer with over 40 years of experience.

Don't HIRE this Attorney.

I have known Robert Johnson 19 years and over the last 5 years he has become a bigger and bigger liar. I hired him to represent me in a devastating case. A case against the state and another driver. He told me the whole time we were going after the state. With the government it is a little tricky. Pl...us someone passed away. You need to file a form to the state within 60 days then after they respond you have 60 days to file suit. He told me that we were all set and all forms filed. So,my statute of limitations would not run out and we were going to jump on the coat tails of the other firm. Then once we received the check from the other drivers insurance company he jumped ship. Told me the other firm was not filing against the state. I found out recently that was not the case. When I was subpoenaed to testify against the state and county as a witness. I called Robert and he denied he ever said that he was going after the state. I even sent him the emails he sent me. Stating we were going after them and all forms were filled. Long Story short is. He never filed the necessary documents to keep the lawsuit open. Please do not make the same mistake I did. He will not do the job you hire him too. He does whatever financially benefits him. Thank you for your time. Don F.

A results Lawyer

I worked as a Firefighter for the State of CA and was injured on the job. I called Robert because he had represented my wife and a couple other friends in the past with great results. I was turned down for my surgery that was needed and the state was not willing to do anything more. I obtained Robert... and within a week I was being scheduled for my needed knee surgery. As it turned out I was retired from my career with the fire department due to the injury. The State of CA was not done though and was depriving me of my financial rights and future medicals for knee replacement. Robert and his staff fought long and hard and we won. I have since recommended over 10 coworkers to him to help them with their cases and they have also won. Robert and his staff treat you as family and I am forever grateful for his hard work and determination on winning my case. I never felt like I was doing this alone. Robert or his staff would return my calls quickly and get me the answers I was looking for and get me the results I expected. If you need a Personal Injury or Workman's Comp Lawyer then Robert Grey Johnson Jr is who you should call.

Bottom of the barrel!

Bottom of the barrel attorney. Mr. Johnson made up his own fees and lied about the amount of time that was allocated on a case where he provided very little legal assistance. Mr. Johnson adds no value to the legal process and fabricates his own time investment in order to justify higher legal fees.... I would recommend that you avert this attorney as there is not one professional bone in his body!

Professional misconduct

This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority in 1979.

Public reproval issued in CA, 1979

updated on 10/23/2017

Public reproval means the attorney did something wrong but may still practice law. The Bar warns the lawyer in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior. Details of the infraction are made part of the public record.

Robert’s comment:

“I have not been disciplined for any conduct as an attorney. Before I took the State Bar Exam in February, 1975, I was accused of trespassing. I paid a $500 fine, and the case was dismissed, the file was sealed, and the matter had nothing to do with the practice of law.”
