He helped me with my criminal case
This attorney was my third attorney on my criminal case. The other two attorneys had flaked out but this attorney was able to help me out and close out my case. I came out free of the charges that were pending against me and I’m grateful to him for my freedom.

Not Helpful
Mr Lugo gives an appearance of kindness. Once my immigration request was placed on hold by the Embassy, he abandonned the case. During the case, he did not prepare or oversee the application.
