Missdemeanor case
I hired Randy for recall a warrant in my behalf for failure to pay my payment plan for a missdeamenor and recall my probation, which was suspended at the time to failure to appear in court. He took care of both bench warrant, and probation.

Quick and easy answer
It was a simple question, but the internet fails to provide any facts on the question of how to write/submit a "leave to present a late claim" to a govt entity. Mr. Bell took care of the answer.
