We unfortunately purchased an expensive Class A motorhome last February. We never received title and license from California. In June we were advised by California DMV that the motorhome had some mileage discrepancies. We contacted Michael Geller. The case was settled the other day. I called their office because I had that “feeling” that the Dealer made some funny switches in the numbers for my car purchase. I wanted an expert opinion. Fortunately, for me not the Dealer, I was correct. The Dealer did move numbers around to make it look the same as our agreed upon amount. They th...ought I was clueless. This law office took a look at my paperwork at no charge. My suspicions were confirmed immediately without any fees from their office. I’m happy to say that from time of purchase to settlement it took only 5mos. Which, in legal proceedings, is fantastic. I obtained a settlement of almost 17% of the purchase price. A substantial amount. I would like to especially thank a particular member of their staff. Lisa handled my questions and was quick to respond to all phone calls and emails. She is an asset to this law practice.

Michael is an extremely likable man. However, that is an appeal that is deceptively misleading. My experience is he was fair on the retainer, however, I don't agree with the other reviews he is knowledgeable. I was told he specialized "primarily" in real estate, which was my need for him. Initial...ly he reviewed my case took said I had a case set under statutes of real estate law. Apparently, his mind changed after some expenses minused to my paid retainer. He does teach law at Riverside Law school somewhere, which I believe is to lure you in as a know all attorney. Not my experience. He didn't file one pleading in an already set for trial matter. Seems some professional curiosity was extended at his client's expense. His office staff nice, but not helpful or informative to messages or needed legal advice followed up on and answered by Michael. Nice guy at first, condescending and evasive after retainer. You call, call, call no response. Eventually, substitution of attorney form is emailed to you, terminating his service and expects with harsh instructions. Sign or make it hard for yourself. Buyer Beware...nice guy is all I can say. Money lost.
