Jennifer Loflin is an associate attorney who handles cases involving criminal defense, family law, and employment defense, along with all related matters in State court. Jennifer has a certification in Crime Scene Investigation from UC Riverside and formerly processed crime scenes working as a Community Service Officer until attending the San Bernardino County Sheriffs’ Academy as a trainee for Redlands Police Department.

Jennifer passed the bar in 2007 and began her law career with the San Bernardino County District Attorney’s office as a Deputy District Attorney. Jennifer has since that time acted as Program Director/Staff Attorney for the Public Service Law Corporation ( PSLC), which is the Riverside County Bar Association legal aid. As Director, Jennifer found she had a strong drive to help the community, and developed a large family law clinic while founding a Pro Se clinic at the United States Bankruptcy Courthouse in downtown Riverside. Despite those accomplishments, Jennifer has always had a passion for criminal law. As such, she took a position as a Deputy Public Defender, and later as a Deputy District Attorney, with Riverside County. Jennifer has handled thousands of criminal cases, both as a prosecutor and as defense, to include preliminary hearings, and misdemeanor and felony jury trials.

Jennifer has made lasting connections and has grown to have a deep respect for law enforcement and their families. Jennifer has found her calling, which is to defend and serve those who protect our communities. She is equally committed to assisting those who act in self-defense and was accepted as a network attorney for the Armed Citizens Network. You can reach her directly at
