GUY ARTHUR HERREMAN was born and raised in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. After graduation he joined the United States Air Force and worked as an Air Traffic Control Operator. In 1987, he received a Bachelor of Science Degree and then went on in 1989 to receive a Juris Doctorate Degree. He is currently eligible to Practice law in the Supreme Court of the State Of California and in every State Court in California.

Mr. Herreman has practiced other areas of Law such as Criminal Law, Municipal Law, Redevelopment Agency Law, Business Law, Real Estate Law, Personal Injury, Bankruptcy and General Civil Law. At present he focuses his practice in dissolution matters, Fathers Rights, Support and custody issues, post judgment modifications, Department of Child Support Services issues, ex-parte applications and related actions. Since 2005, he has also specialized in Juvenile law practice.

A must law firm
I have worked with Guy and his firm for 3 years. I have to say that this was an amazing firm to work for. During my long three-year divorce, it was a very interesting journey and through it all they were there to help me and guide me. Audrey one of Herreman’s associate was amazing she is a power charger, and anyone would be lucky to have her as an attorney. She was an amazing attorney and worked with me though this long battle. Her motivation and determination in helping me kept me feeling safe and calm knowing that I was in good hands. Herreman law firm will help you out and guide you with the correct information. I have to say that I don’t know if any other law firm would have kept me due to how nasty and complicated the divorce was. I would like to say thank you from the bottom of my heart being there with me through my Journey. All the staff members in the office are very professional and are always willing to work and help all their clients. I would highly recommend this law firm and their associates.

My current lawyer
Had tried every lawyer for an appeal. Guy immediately took my case! He knew something was wrong with the ruling. He is very knowledgeable and just amazing! Kept me up with everything going on with the case. Thank you!

Great Attorney! Won my impossible case
My ex was making all sorts of false allegations. Mr. Herreman was able to sort through them and show the judge the truth. Great Attorney, very knowledgeable.

A divorce made easy with the right lawyer
I would like to thank Guy Herreman for accomplishing what my two previous lawyers could not. After two years of battling my ex wife and going through two very expensive lawyers who could care a less about solving my case I found Mr. Herreman. I met with him right away and was given a price that was very affordable. In less than 6 months all matters were completed and my new life began. The things that I really liked about Mr. Herreman and his entire staff was that when I called into there office with a question or emailed them I had a answer in a more than reasonable amount of time. If you read this and your looking for a lawyer who will get your matters done, who will not overcharge you, and knows a great deal about family law then look no further Mr. Herreman is the right choice. If you want an attorney that truly wants justice and SERVES IT!! Guy is your man!!
Not just Guy but everyone on his team is knowledgeable, fair and fighting for justice. Guy is very humble and as an ex chief of police who has seen a lot of injustice, he has proven to me that its not about the money so much as it is the justice served. He is worth every penny and clearly the wisest and most knowledgeable in the court room. And as all great leaders, he has a gift for picking and assembling the finest team. He has brought so much justice to my family especially by putting other dishonest people in their place and serving justice with the extensive knowledge of the law that him and his team possess.

Excellent Attorney
Mr. Herreman is presently my family lawyer, his integrity is beyond reproach - not something one can say about too many attorneys. Honest and hard working, Mr. Herreman always puts his clients first. I have had the opportunity to observe Mr. Herreman at trial and could not be happier with the results.
