Ella Smith Chatterjee

5 years ago I hired Ella for my son's divorce. It was contentious with the mother not wanting to get a job and asking for big child support. Ella was professional but feisty. She got 50/50 custody and $19.00 monthly child support! She is energetic and compassionate. I am sad that she may retire some ...day! Re-hired her recently for grandmother's wish to visit grandaughter after mother stopping all contact with child, except during father's supervised visits....and then ONLY at mother's discretion. I am pleased with this ongoing case. I have confidence that with Ella's help I will be granted visits with my grandaughter once we get to a courtroom setting with a judge.

I had been fighting the court for full custody of my Children for 6 years on my own and Mother had 4 CPS cases against her and had the same Judge deny me full physical custody every time, even though there was sufficient evidence of neglect for my Children by their Mother and I was paying Child suppo...rt and my Children were not being taken care of. I hired Ella Chatterjee to represent me and she got me full Physical Custody of my Children. She made it to where Mother has to complete Mental Health before seeing my Children. Thanks to Ella I have my Children safe in a stable environment where they belong. I also was assisted by Ella with my Child Support and was granted Money back that was owed to me.
