Help me with loan modification
I was turned down for help by the HOPE Now. I was told that the bank would not negotiate. Patrice was able to get my bank to renegotiate my loan and I am still in my home with a lowered interest rate and much better terms.

Bankruptcy issues
We were trying to figure out if bankruptcy was the way to go for us. She went over everything with us and discussed the best options for us. We did not file bankruptcy and were able to please our creditors.
