He was kind enough to come to our home, explained in DETAIL the legalities involved to AVOID PROBATE & guided u...s thru the process without any pressure. He met with us a week or so afterwards with the Final Legal Documents & had everything signed & notarized & he is taking care of Re-Recording our Grant Deed with the Recorders Office whereby our home is put into our Living Trust.
