We hired Kyle Walker to help put together our trust, wills and powers of attorney . I had searched on line for a local attorney and felt that once I found the right one it would just click in place. I found Mr Walker after much research. What I liked immediately was that he states right up front how ...much he will charge! He was very professional and knowledgable from the first phone call. He was easy to reach for answering questions and concerns. He was helpful and made the whole process very straightforward and comfortable. Most everything can be done over the phone, except the final signing. We just signed our documents yesterday at our convenience and he came to our house to do this! Mr Walker is a notary, and records the grant deeds with the County on behalf of the clients. I have waited way too long to do this and I feel a sense of peace with this behind me. I highly recommend Kyle Walker to help you with a living trust!

Mr. Walker is a professional. Everything about his mannerism, presentation, and execution indicates that he has extensive experience in preparing trusts and wills. One gets the impression that he has encountered all kinds of scenarios in his field. From the very first meeting, he guided us through th...e entire process. After the initial meeting, we exchanged emails to capture account details to be included in the trust. At our final meeting, he presented us with the final trust along with clear instructions for us to update other account information to name the trust as a beneficiary. On a personal level, Mr. Walker is very engaging, a keen listener, and thoughtful. While we took as much time as necessary to complete the transaction (our encounters were neither rushed or harried), the process was also very efficient. It has only been three weeks since we received the trust document. But thus far, we would recommend Mr. Walker's services to our friends and acquaintances.
