He was kind enough to come to our home, explained in DETAIL the legalities involved to AVOID PROBATE & guided u...s thru the process without any pressure. He met with us a week or so afterwards with the Final Legal Documents & had everything signed & notarized & he is taking care of Re-Recording our Grant Deed with the Recorders Office whereby our home is put into our Living Trust. The Fee he quoted he honored & believe me, I probably had a half dozen phone calls with him during the year waiting to decide. I met Kyle when I was in need of a living trust for a brother-in-law who was diagnosed with terminal cancer. He could not meet ...Kyle at his office because of his condition so Kyle was kind enough to meet with him the next day at his house to get the living trust started. My brother-in-law’s condition deteriorated quickly while the draft was being prepared and we didn’t think he would be able to sign it on the scheduled date. When Kyle heard about this he made arrangement to get it sign before the scheduled date and put our family’s mind at ease. While working with him, Kyle listened to all our questions and would answer them in the simplest terms possible for us to understand. We all own him a debt of gratitude for his compassion and service and his fees were very reasonable. On the 5 star rating system, I wound not hesitate to give him a “10” for his excellent service. Kyle Walker did a living trust for us. He made it extremely easy by meeting us at our home; first visit was at 6:00 PM on a week day and second on Sunday at 10:00 am to sign all the documents.
