When i met Mrs. Norman she made me feel like i was in safe hands. She promised me great representation. I sadly lost my case. She showed up late to my hearing, hearing was at 8:30am and she arrived till 1:30pm. I was embarrassed. She had me pay extra fees to make a stipulation and i did not get any r...esults. She was siding with other party. Once she took my money, she became rude and unprofessional. She even hung up on me during a call. She blew up my phone when she asked me for extra money, but if i tried to contact her i wouldn't hear from her at all. I would get called back from assistant. She was not prepared for my case at all, she didn't even bring my file to court with her. She didn't defend me in court and even made me cry. She told me i had to agree to other party's request or i would lose the case. I wouldn't recommend this attorney at all! She is a fraud and only wants your money. I now have to find a new attorney to help me fix everything i lost, but i'm scared to find another fraud.

In such a short notice, Sandra Norman took the time to hear my story and understand the importance of my case. She handled all the research and came to represent me in court. I was a nervous wreck throughout the entire time and she really kept me calm and at ease. Her negotiation skills were on point... when she spoke with the judge and it was such a relief to hear when we had won my case! My fiancé and I were looking for an attorney the night before our court date, thank good for Mrs. Norman she was available and was willing to represent us in court the next day. She was amazing very professional, she really cares about the people she helps. Next day we met up she knew our case so wel...l we were very confident in her, we were amazed of how great she is at what she does, we showed up in court Mrs. Norman did her job and did it well, we won that case we were so happy with the results. I really recommend Mrs. Norman she is amazing at what she does, we will and are continuing to have her represent us in our future cases.

when you first meet Ms Norman she makes you feel as though she cares and will be a good representation for your case. Once Ms. Norman appeared in court she was a totally different person. None of the issues we had addressed were discussed in court. in fact everything she told me that was relevant bef...ore she received my money was no longer relevant in her eyes when we were in court. I felt like it was a scam to drop the ball so you would need her again. i ended up losing my case and my confidence in attorneys. I think people lives and children are sensitive areas and if you are not going to do a good job or be a good representative you should be in a different profession

I hired a law firm and they assigned this attorney to me. Poor presentation, lack of preparation, did not do her homework on my case effectively, was horrible in court, almost late to hearing, nice personality but not good representation, not enough time spent discussing plan of action with me regar...ding case.I would not have hired her myself directly, wondering why this law firm chose her at all. Do not hire this attorney if you want to win.
