Paul Leonidas Lin

Paul Leonidas Lin is an experienced criminal defense attorney who practices primarily in Riverside and San Bernardino. There, Mr. Lin represented hundreds of accused indigent men and women, which whom the Public Defender’s Office has a legal conflict of interest and can no longer represent them.

Having defended over 1,200 cases, Mr. Lin has a keen sense on how to get results. In fact, he has handled all stages of a criminal proceeding from pre-filing and arraignment all the way to trials, appeals, and post-sentencing.
