Nicholas Andrew Kross

I rarely write a poor review but I really bought into everything Mr Kross told me. I was told I did not need to appear for a simple hearing and was promised to be kept up to date on the status and hopeful resolution to the false allegations I was facing. This was in November 2020. I was assured per... Mr. Kross that he had this and my intention s and concerns would be addressed. Unfortunately, that was the last I ever heard from him. Thank God, I keep records because I called and called Mr Kross, every week, and called some more, hoping to find out what was going on. This was during the height of the covid-19 pandemic and with my compromised immune system I was either hospitalized or isolated at home on lockdown. On top of this I wasn't the brightest client as I had never had any dealings with the court system prior to this. Regardless, my phone records confirm all the calls I made and messages left for Mr nick Kross concerning my case. Well, I come to find that Mr kross not only failed to keep his client informed, but also lied to the court in stating he had no knowledge of my whereabouts. Outright lie, as I kept him well informed of where I was. I have had the same address and phone number for the past 11 years. And now, because of his lying to the court, I have more legal problems than ever including a warrant that's cost me plenty. If I didn't continue my search for my hired attorney, Mr Kross, I may not of found out how badly he mismanaged my case, and several other cases that complaints tell the story. Do your due diligence before making the mistakes I did. Mr Kross should be ashamed of treating his clients with pre-judgment and disdain and pure laziness.. kudos Mr Kross for no job done.. I hope I am there when Mother Karma pays you a visit..
