Biography
I have been practicing law over 20 years in Riverside, San Bernardino, and Los Angeles Counties and have grown to know most of the attorneys and judges. I apply this knowledge in each case knowing ahead of the time what to expect when we enter the courtroom. I have been successful in negotiating many cases to an amicable settlement but I also have the skills and experience necessary to take cases through the trial process if necessary.
My consultations are not time clocked - I will spend as much time as necessary to evaluate your case and give you a realistic opinion of your chances of being successful. I may express options to the litigation process. . . there are instances I might suggest to wait and do nothing . . . other times I might suggest not waiting and immediately moving forward toward an ex-parte hearing. . . every case is different and each person’s circumstances need to be totally evaluated.

Excellent lawyer
A friend referred me to this office and I am so glad they did. My child's father was only sporadically giving me money and he was dictating as to when he would see our child.
