OUTCOME: Arrears reduced by 75% of origninal order and a payment plan of $25 a month was established. All my clients privilleges were retored.

Client was charged with $60,000 in past due child support wrongfully. The interest calculations the County relied were not correct as we were able to prove payments were made as were ordered. However ... , there was a period of time my client was incarcerated and had no ability to pay support. To make things worse he was never noticed of a upward modification of support. We discovered the moving party had falsified proof of service and were able to set-aside the order.
