The Real Deal!

I was arrested on a false accusation and put in jail on felony charges. Due to my priors, this was prison time with out a doubt. I received a letter from the Carson Law Firm and noticed that the letter was direct and to the point which spoke my language. I called the next morning and spoke with Mr. C...arson and I knew imediatly that I needed this guy. Mr. Carson had a game plan right from the start and it made perfect sense. In the end, no charges were filed. Credit that to knowlege, wisdom and reserve. Well done Mr. Carson! If you've been caught up in the system with priors and you get caught up again you know there is a very real possibility that you're going back in doubled up! Im telling you now... call Eugene Carson III and you'll see that he is real!

Blessed and grateful!

Mr. Carson delivered on his promises! I hired Mr. Carson after having a public defender. I was incarcerated and he referred me to a great bail agent so that I could bail out of jail and fight my case from the outside. I was facing three felony strike charges and 24 years in prison! Mr. Carson evalu...ated my case and the first thing he told me was "The DA is overcharging your case!" He told me that he felt the charges wouldn't stick. He fought my case for 6 months and never asked me for more money than what we initially agreed upon. The DA wouldn't budge and wouldn't negotiate my case because I had a previous strike from 2 years prior. So we had to go to the preliminary hearing. Mr. Carson was amazing. He cross examined the cop and made very persuasive arguments to the judge. By the end of the preliminary hearing the judge DISMISSED my strikes and reduced the remaining charges to misdemeanors. He did an awesome job on my case. At the conclusion of my case, I received community service time and a fine. I highly recommend Mr. Carson because once he goes into court, you walk out!!!!!!

Attorney that’s fights hard for the kids and family Best Lawyer in the IE

I feel Mr. Eugene Carson fought hard for my son,we have never experience something like this before I was very scared, however once I sat in one court hearing I realized Mr. Eugene Carson was a bulldog. He went in locked on and ate my sons acuser up once it was all over Mr. Eugene Carson definely me...t our expectation honestly he exceeded our expectation.

great job

Mr.Carson did as he promised. no double talk. straight forward.Was the only lawyer who said we can fight my case and have it dropped.All others i contacted was only wanting to take a lower plea. Very pleased with his services..would hire him again and recommend him to others.

Eugene Carson helped me and taught me alot

I had a pretty serious criminal case basically on paper i was fighting 13 years in prison Eugene did everything he could and was really professional and ended up getting me a better deal thatn what the initially offered we all want to believe we're innocent but reality is we all make mistakes and if ...not for Eugene I'd probably be in a lot more trouble
