Boy, I sure was lucky to hire this Man! First off, I'm a two time convicted felon with two strikes, on parole. (Needless to say how easy it is to get stricken out on any felony charge thereafter.) I got arrested for spousal abuse and false imprisonment about five months ago (both felony charges upon... carrying 2 strikes). "No, I am not a wifebeater, just figured out her craziness after coming home. You don't know em till you live with em." I mean this girl painted the worst story possible for a cat like me. From submitting videos to the cops (taken purposely) to lies about a drug addiction just to send me to jail. Being from Los Angeles, I didn't know any good lawyers in Riverside County. Attorney Carson did an amazing job with a current case he just handled for me and my family. Mr. Carson delivered on his promises! I hired Mr. Carson after having a public defender. I was incarcerated and he referred me to a great bail agent so that I could bail out of jail and fight my case from the outside. I was facing three felony strike charges and 24 years in prison! Mr. Carson evalu...ated my case and the first thing he told me was "The DA is overcharging your case!" He told me that he felt the charges wouldn't stick. He fought my case for 6 months and never asked me for more money than what we initially agreed upon. The DA wouldn't budge and wouldn't negotiate my case because I had a previous strike from 2 years prior. So we had to go to the preliminary hearing. Mr. Carson was amazing. He cross examined the cop and made very persuasive arguments to the judge. By the end of the preliminary hearing the judge DISMISSED my strikes and reduced the remaining charges to misdemeanors.
