Danielle Christine Linker

Ms. Linker is truly an amazing attorney! She is very knowledgeable in family law. I met with several attorneys to determine who was going to represent me in my divorce proceedings. I knew quickly it would be Ms. Linker. She came across honest and sincere. She did not tell me what I wanted to hear, sh...e told me the facts and applied the law. She provided solutions that saved me money and netted a positive result. She is truly a professional who knows what she is doing. I strongly recommend her and would use her again, if needed!

I cannot recommend Danielle strongly enough. If you are looking for an attorney who listens to you, fights for you, and has a favorable reputation with the courts, then you should certainly trust her with your case. Her communication is timely, efficient, and effective. Danielle is more than fair in ...her billing practices and she knows when and how to push in the courtroom. The Judge in my case had nothing but complimentary sentiments toward her and it is evident that her competence has impressed many. I do not give my highest recommendation lightly, especially in such a contentious arena as the legal system. Also, I was not incentivized in any way for writing this review. Do yourself a favor and invest in your future by hiring Danielle Linker for your case.

Going through a divorce is a very traumatic experience. Emotions can get in the way of making good decisions. Danielle was so instrumental in keeping me on track and working toward a fair outcome. I was so impressed when I wanted to be able to settle and not go to court which would have cost a lot of... money. She was very supportive of my settling which surprised me, most attorneys want to go to court as it is much more lucrative for them. I know that some attorneys will even feed fuel to the fire to amp up the conflict between parties. Danielle did not do this, she remained fair and was able to explain in an honest way what I could expect in all scenarios. I am happy to report that ultimately we were able to settle and did not go to court, and surprisingly both my ex and I were happy with the end result...imagine that!

When looking for a lawyer to help me resolve my marriage of 33 years, having no experience in divorce and a great fear of the process, I talked with all of my friends, many of whom had been divorced about where to find a good attorney. Not a single one of my friends had anything good to say about any... of the attorneys they hired. So, I went online to yelp. Where else would a novice turn? I found almost no lawyers that were rated above 3 stars and none of the better ones were in my area. Then, I stumbled upon Ms. Danielle Hunt (Danielle Linker now) and she had only a few reviews but they were all 5 star ratings. So, I called her office to inquire. They offered me a free 15 minute consultation in a couple of days. I took it and Danielle was amazing! She spent probably 40 minutes with me and really helped me explain what to expect. Finances were a problem for me but, I figured out a way to get here initial retainer and hired her. From day 1 she jumped on my case. I never felt like I was one of many. I really felt like she was working hard for me. She never missed a beat; never confused my case with another, never forgot the opposing attorney or my ex's names, never left out important details, and never cut me short on time or effort. Yet, although it was difficult for me to pay what a divorce costs, she never overcharged me. She was more than fair and most important....SHE GOT RESULTS!!! She had to put opposing attorney in line a few times and she did not shy away from doing that. I recommend Danielle to any and all who are reasonable about their expectations and just want excellent representation. Although this is my first divorce, it is not my first rodeo. I have been in business for many years and dealt with lawyers in other venues many many times. Ms. Linker is the best!

I had been going through the process with a different lawyer, with whom nothing was ever accomplished. Every step forward, we took two back. I then hired Ms Linker. She was so excellent. We had weekly communication by either phone or email. She was always available. Her office staff was amazing. She ...saved me a huge amount of money. I was so discouraged when I hired her. From our first conversation, she gave me hope. She did all that she said she would. In a very timely fashion. Also, there was no hidden fees. She gave me a price, and made it happen. I literally cant say enough good about her. She knows the law!!! She is punctual, efficient, and just gets it done!!! Im literally in her debt.
