They immediately rescheduled my DMV and court hearings (to ensure adequate preparation time), Mr. Greenberg outlined a thorough case strategy with me, and he was very specific about documentation he needed from me to succeed. The process was relatively long, but Mr. Greenberg maintained consistent communication with me; he was very accessible. He was also very dedicated as he met with the District Attorney’s office several times to negotiate my case. The result of his efforts was a lowered charge with a plea deal. Dan Greenberg and his people did a fantastic job! My daughter’s license was suspended wrongly. Dan took the time to listen and got it fixed with thorough preparation and high-quality work. In November 2008 driving through San Bernardino County, I was pulled over, arrested and charged with 7 felonies. I had previously Hired Freddy Fox from LA who had me fly out to court in December where he said that the state had dropped the charges due to lab discrepancy. Only to find out years lat...er, that 4 months after that last court date, in March 2009 the state picked up the charges and put a warrant for my arrest. (I called him and he wanted another $7000 to take the case again! No Thanks Freddy!) After spending 2 nights in the disgusting Barstow county jail back in 2008, I absolutely dreaded having to turn myself in to resolve this issue. Mr. Greenberg was able to have the warrant lifted so there was no need to turn myself in and and bail out which was a HUGE HUGE releif, for which I cannot thank him enough. Within 4 months and 4 court dates (which is quick in my experience) my case was resolved with me pleading guilty to a misdemeanor receiving 1 year unsupervised probation. I am happy with the outcome as I was ready to just get on with it and get it over with. With more patience I think I could have pushed for an even better outcome but I am more than satisfied with the work that Mr. Greenberg and his son have done for me.
