Our family had never been involved with the Court System before, let alone a Criminal case. One of our young adult children was falsely accused by an unscrupulous liar and family member. Our former defense attorney gave us false hopes that the case would be dropped due to lack of evidence and he fa...iled to explain to us the severity of the case if the charges weren't dropped. Prior to meeting with them, I did not see a way out; I was full of anxiety, filled with negative thoughts and always in panic mode. Upon speaking with Dan and Phil about the case, they made us feel confident that they would defend my son to the best of their abilities, they knew the legal system, they had the experience, and they knew how the other side worked as they had both been former District attorneys. After several months of representing us, Mr. Greenberg was able to have one of the 2 charges dropped, and the final outcome was a plea agreement that included a probationary period in order to avoid any jail time that would have placed our son in danger.
