I have experience defending a wide variety of cases; including DUI, drug crimes, and domestic violence; both as a private attorney and as a public defender. I practice in San Bernardino, Riverside, Imperial, Los Angeles, and San Diego Counties. In addition to criminal and DUI defense, I also help people with post-conviction relief, including felony reduction to misdemeanor, early termination from probation, and dismissals (commonly called "expungement"); Prop 47 petitions, Prop 64 petitions for marijuana offenses that can be reduced to misdemeanors; writs and appeals; and certificates of rehabilitation.
