Juvenile hired court appointed attorney.
Monica was issued to work my case. She clearly told me that the defendant would not win the custody case. The defendant did win and Monica did not try to fight. Very disappointed! I end up hiring another attorney outside of San Bernardino and won sole and physical custody of my children.

I did not have a strong case but she fought the good fight, and even when my request were for another defendent she would bring them to the court when it wasnt her job.
