I could not possibly give Tom the review he deserves! He is so incredibly knowledgeable, knows the laws up, down and sideways. Tom will ALWAYS answer an email or phone call quickly and is so pleasant to be around. He makes having to have a lawyer enjoyable and I never once worried about anything. ...He and his paralegal Terri always had paperwork to me and always one step ahead to make sure your process continues moving. If you ever attend court with Tom you will quickly see he is extremely well respected in the hallway with other attorneys and in the courtroom with the judge. I figured ours was going to be a lengthy and difficult probate process, especially since I was an out-of-state executor. As such, I wanted the best legal representation to help maneuver through the complex California probate process while handling a rather complex will and also dealing multiple heirs..., including a couple of difficult personalities. I retained Tom Dominick for my sibblings and I back in Feb. 2011 for a very difficult case. My father who passed back in 2003 left his girlfriend as trustee to his trust and a life estate on his property which was free and clear providing she pay taxes, aquire no liens on property, keep Homeowner in...surance up to date and maintain it. In Jan. 2011 I found out that she hadn't done ANY of her responsibilities since my father's passing. So that's when I was referred to Tom by my Aunt who had been on the opposing side of him(which she lost) and said that he was the best one for what I was dealing with. If it wasn't for Tom and his service he provided to my sibbling's and I, we would have lost my parents property and possibly the contents which is our inheritance, to a Tax lien sale. So I can honestly say that if you want an honest and all of the above ratings in an attorney, Thomas Dominick is the one. He is everything and more and he will go above and beyond what is expected of him as he has done for us. Infact we are still using his services and will continue to do so as long as the my father's Trust is still in effect.
