After two weeks of struggle with my auto shop tenants who cancelled and refused to purchase general liability (GL) and workers compensation (WC) insurance as per the lease agreement, my business attorney Mr. Eli Kantor referred me to Mr. Brian Cullen who immediately responded to my call and schedule...d a meeting with me the following morning. The next day he served a "Three-Day Notice to Tenant to Perform Covenant or Surrender Possession", and within an hour of receiving the Notice, I received and email from the insurance company saying that my tenants bough both GL and WC, followed by a call from the tenant confirming that they bought the insurance.
