John Nicholas Vega

If you are questioning even one ounce to hire mr vega.. do not. He is not a fighter, he can’t even get names right in court, he does not communicate nor prep you for court or for what’s to come.. you are lucky to get a few words in.. he left out soooo much evidence & didn’t do anything to try and sav...e my family members from being taken. He is the reason we lost the case. If you want to keep your child in your care, DO NOT hire mr vega.

I had my consult and knew the case in full detail with every party involved. He felt confident that there's no reason I wouldn't be able to get the baby back and that it was good to have representation. He canceled on me Friday afternoon due to a conflict of interest when court hearing was Monday mor...ning. I had no representation for myself and I lost my baby. Should have read the reviews before consulting with him. I did at least receive my my money back, but I lost my child over it.

He and Mirella were responsive to all of our questions. They made sure our paperwork was complete and met each of the court's deadlines. And Mr. Vega helped set our expectations for each court hearing. At each hearing (and there were many), Mr. Vega sat with us and quietly explained what was happening (because it wasn't always obvious). He was reassuring but not placating. He made sure we had the facts and helped us to understand the nuances of decisions. Whenever there were opportunities to participate in court hearings, Mr. Vega was confident, respectful, and thorough. He also took a very positive approach to the case, even in the darkest hours. He never disparaged other parties but rather took a calm, logical, and respectful approach to all aspects of the case. This helped us stay focused on what was important rather than what was dramatic or emotional. Mr. Vega always returned our calls (if he wasn't able to take them when in office) and Mirella, a wonderful calming presence herself, made sure he always got our messages. Both of them responded to emails timely, even when our emails were very, very long and full of questions. I honestly don't know how we would've gotten through the case without either Mr. Vega or Mirella. We are eternally grateful. Because of their hard work and dedication, we have an incredible family. I can't recommend them enough!
