Amy is not my attorney in the bitter divorce case I am going through, but I had consulted her less a week before the trail in San Bernardino Court, and she made one suggestion (which even my own attorney did not make) which was PIVOTAL in the judge's decision making. Th...e contention was about Date-of-Seperation. Had Amy not made the suggestion that I look for the email that I sent to my ex about divorce and seperation, and take the print-out with me to the trail, I would have been stuck with a long term marriage.
