I was going through a split up with my girlfriend and was not happy with the amount of time i was getting with my daughter. I was scared as a father, the court would give the mother anything she wanted and i had no say. This was a very scary and stressful time. After talking with friends and famil...y i knew i had to get help. I've never hired a lawyer before so the process was completely foreign to me. I searched family law in my area and started calling blindly, i had tons of questions and had no idea about the process. After calling a handful of places non felt right to me, either they where rude and rushing me off the phone only trying to set me up with a consultations and not willing to answer any of my questions on the phone. Terri is awesome, she answered all my questions without rushing me and knew what she was talking about, i can tell she has been doing this for a long time. Just talking to her made me feel relaxed and confident that i wanted to meet with Amy for a consultation. I met with Amy and she was great as well she answered all my questions, listened to my talk about my situation and made me feel confident about making my decision to have her represent me. I also feel like she wasn't just telling me what i wanted to hear, just to get my business. I'm glad i waited to make a decision until i found the right team to help me. Amy and Terri are great and in the end i got exactly what i wanted. They where extremely patient with me and it was nice knowing if Amy was unavailable i could talk with Terri and most of the time i could get an answer to my questions.
