Professional and Refreshingly Honest

Kerrie Justice is an intelligent lawyer with an athlete’s competitive spirit. Although she is obviously busy, Kerrie was always a wonderful representative of calm preparedness during my lengthy and tenacious custody litigation. I appreciate her knowledge, her calming presence, and her polite and resp...ectful attitude in the courtroom, and outside of it. I can only assume the negative reviews were retaliatory response from frustrated phonies who lost against her in court because Kerrie did an outstanding job representing the best interests of me and my children in a very touchy and extremely stressful custody case. I was most pleased with her high level of integrity and tenacity during her closing statements because of how aptly she conveyed to the judge what was of highest importance to me in regards to outcome. She is very intelligent and was forceful when the situation called for it. Her knowledge of the law and how it can work FOR you is exceptional and her ability to think outside the lines and come up with creative ways to solve a problem is beyond reproach. Speaking from experience, Kerrie’s best work is when you just trust her and let her do her job.

I couldn't thank the office enough for getting my son back.

Kerrie and staff were absolutely amazing. Got the outcome I was hoping for which was the reunification of my 13 year old son with me, and his sister and younger half-brother. Kerrie's staff was diligent in preparing my documents, and always were on time. Being that I was out of state, I relied on her... heavily to do everything without oversight, and I was very impressed with her ability and willingness to do so. I retained her for an exparte appearance and she gave me thorough explanations of what to expect. Had I retained her 10 years ago when our stupid custody agreement was made, I wouldn't have had to go through what I just did. But glad to have linked up with her when I did, or it would have been another sad story about a kid from a broken home! Thanks Kerrie, Karyn.

Great attorney

Kerrie has been my attorney for 10 yrs now. This is due to a long draw out child custody case. Kerrie has proven to be one of the best attorney's in the high desert. Kerrie is a fire cracker in the court room and can handle her own against some of the well known lawyers. Kerrie is aggressive and does...n't put up with any bull. My ex had full custody with me having visitations, and paying child support of our son in the beginning. Due to Kerrie's fine details and documentation, I have custody and my ex having visitations and paying child support. I have recommended Kerrie to people I know and they all were very happy with her. Even one of the cases was exactly like mine and he got custody do his son also. She is excellent at her job and knows it well. She is great with her clients, and works with you on everything. Kerrie is available when needed, and will answer your questions. Kerrie also explains everything in a way that you will understand when things are confusing at the time. I highly recommend Kerrie as your attorney.

She is not a good Attorney and her Law Office/Staff is not very helpful or friendly.

After paying a large Retainer, i felt i was ignored and my questions rarely answered. No phone calls and little email responses. I felt my Retainer dwindle away yet will little contact and resolvement. I basically walked on her in cCourt. She remembered nothing of me even on the day of court. I didnt... want to spend any more money fighting for my cause nor give her any more to represent me. I am just glad i am done with the Case and the Law Firm. I do not recomment her or her office. I did not feel well represented and lost a lot of money on a simple case with bad judgement and little advise.
