I couldn't thank the office enough for getting my son back.

Kerrie and staff were absolutely amazing. Got the outcome I was hoping for which was the reunification of my 13 year old son with me, and his sister and younger half-brother. Kerrie's staff was diligent in preparing my documents, and always were on time. Being that I was out of state, I relied on her... heavily to do everything without oversight, and I was very impressed with her ability and willingness to do so. I retained her for an exparte appearance and she gave me thorough explanations of what to expect. Had I retained her 10 years ago when our stupid custody agreement was made, I wouldn't have had to go through what I just did. But glad to have linked up with her when I did, or it would have been another sad story about a kid from a broken home! Thanks Kerrie, Karyn.

Fast response and detailed information! Recommended!

Ms. Justice helped us with the custody case and paperwork for my stepson. She explained clearly what we would have to do, the fees involved, and the next steps. I particularly liked how she told us what we could do on our own, vs what we would really need to seek legal help for. She is easy to get... ahold of and either she or her staff gets back to queries in a very expedient manner. Thank you Kerrie!

Great attorney

Kerrie has been my attorney for 10 yrs now. This is due to a long draw out child custody case. Kerrie has proven to be one of the best attorney's in the high desert. Kerrie is a fire cracker in the court room and can handle her own against some of the well known lawyers. Kerrie is aggressive and does...n't put up with any bull. My ex had full custody with me having visitations, and paying child support of our son in the beginning. Due to Kerrie's fine details and documentation, I have custody and my ex having visitations and paying child support. I have recommended Kerrie to people I know and they all were very happy with her. Even one of the cases was exactly like mine and he got custody do his son also. She is excellent at her job and knows it well. She is great with her clients, and works with you on everything. Kerrie is available when needed, and will answer your questions. Kerrie also explains everything in a way that you will understand when things are confusing at the time. I highly recommend Kerrie as your attorney.

She is not a good Attorney and her Law Office/Staff is not very helpful or friendly.

After paying a large Retainer, i felt i was ignored and my questions rarely answered. No phone calls and little email responses. I felt my Retainer dwindle away yet will little contact and resolvement. I basically walked on her in cCourt. She remembered nothing of me even on the day of court. I didnt... want to spend any more money fighting for my cause nor give her any more to represent me. I am just glad i am done with the Case and the Law Firm. I do not recomment her or her office. I did not feel well represented and lost a lot of money on a simple case with bad judgement and little advise.

Never again...

I am VERY involved in the community, so I have known Kerrie for a very long time. Though very nice. I don't believe she had my best interests at heart during the case. She allowed the other attorney to get in my face and bully me in the hallway of the courthouse. I don't feel that she whole heartedly... fought for me. I spent a lot of money on my retainer and her office found more un-necessary 'fees' to charge me. Ms. Justice's team was & isn't very friendly at all.... and yes, I see you ALL in the community and you are just as rude to everyone around you when you're out and about. Advice- this is a small community- you are Ms. Justice's best advertisement and the way you handle yourselves in public is un-professional.

I have never allowed another attorney to get in my client's face in my career. However, please contact me as I am more than willing to go over your grievances. No client has ever expressed a desire to see me over these types of grievances. My staff is not rude at all. My staff is very professional and I have more word-of-mouth and "I saw you in court" business than all my advertisements generate. Therefore, my reputation does speak for itself.
