What a joke!
The judge and the DA were willing to dismiss the case since it was a 3 year old case. Alan was an appointed public defender, who instead of helping me threw more obstacles my way, even the judge made a comment about it. I was very disappointed and should have represented myself instead, I work nights...

What a mess!
This Attorney was court appointed! He only returned calls after you left several messages. His ability to write a court brief was not there, I had another attorney read it and he called it boiler room work. He has no passion for his clients, it seems it was all about the money nothing else.
