Brian John Holohan

I have been told that he was on vacation for a week by his secretary. So I called a week later and was told oh I told you 2 weeks he was on vacation...I was lied to! I have been trying to get ahold of him for over a month and a half. I even went in one day and the secretary said he was in court and I... look over at the office and he was in there!!!! I saw through the crack on the side of the blinds on the door. Poor client relation's!!! He act's invincible rushes you through any and all conversation's you may have with him. He sure did take my money though. Still 3 months later he has not done a thing on our case!! Very disappointed. Unlike him our money doesn't grow on tree's and we are having to deal with the case by ourselves.

Brian was a wonderful attorney. When I met him for the first time to retain a lawyer for my divorce I told him my situation and also told him that I had a property issue. I bought my home as a single woman and then when I refinanced 9 years later I added my husband to the title. As far as Brian's office not returning calls. I was told by Sylvia to make an appointment with Brian so I would. Brian would tell me to stop worrying because that is what I was paying him to do. He was right. If you want an honest, knowledgeable attorney that works hard for you, Brian Holohan is the best!

He charged $3200 for custody agreement. He said he can get me full custody - but after he is hired, he changed his tune. No professional advise, insights, suggestions - if is simple case, you can do your self. All they have done is prepared the paper and filed. Use your free legal system if you... can - or do your self. It is not that difficult - don't think the lawyers care - they don't. They know you are in a bad spot. Shop and interview, review and do your homework before hire.
