This attorney is NEVER in his office. Like ever. I'd call about my small claims case to his office and his office receptionists would always tell me he wasn't in office and wouldn't be in and would say they didn't know when he'd be in. They'd the my number and name and then I'd never hear from anyone.... Got fed up and went else where. Wasn't comfortable with not being able to get my questions answered. I did get my retainer back quickly though.

Average skill as dar as attoneys go. Used for small claims case and basically could have done what he did with similar outcome and saved a few thousand in attorney fees. But he was pretty transparent about my case and very accessible whenever I needed to speak or ask a question. Hes small town type, ...works for himself so if you just want average representation for basic court issues, hes a good choice. Leave the high stakes issues to bigger firms with access to more rescources.
