Charles William Richardson

I retained Mr. Richardson in 2004. After a lengthy custody battle I was granted a judgment for $13,500 for back support owed and $7000 for attorney fees in 2007. Mr. Richardson office took 5 years to finally garnish the $7000 which I received $4,500 after my balance was paid to his office. His offic...e sent the garnishment off multiple times but always with errors. When asked if he was going to send off the $13,500 judgment in 2012 he said "if I give him $4000 to go back in front of a judge since it's been so long." I told him No since it was his offices fault it took so long. I asked for a copy of my judgment and he told me to go to the courthouse and look for it myself. I made numerous attempts to obtain this judgment but it doesn't seem to exist. Even though it had gone to a full hearing due to my Ex objecting to everything the courts don't show any information on the date of the hearing but it does show that it did go to a hearing. Their was no Reporter on the case for me to obtain transcripts on it as well. I have numerous copies from Mr. Richardson office though showing his attempt to garnish the wages but NO paper signed from the judge giving the orders. The courts are baffled by my case as the courts and Mr. Richardson seemed to make up their own rules when it came to my case. Ten years have just passed and after going to numerous branches and people at the courthouse no one can find anything on this bogus judgment Mr. Richardson presented to me. He padded his bill extensively with me as I paid him nearly $50,000 For his services yet he didn't do anymore than I could have done on my own and when our final judgment was completed with inaccurate facts he never made any attempts to rectify things. I feel he worked more for my Ex than he did for me. He is possibly the worst lawyer I have ever encountered. In addition I recently learned that on his social media page he does not have any local attorneys for his acquaintances however he does have the opposing attorneys listed instead even though the other attorney wasn't even from this area. I have transcripts on several of my appearances in court as well as all the paperwork received from his office to support my claims. I went to his office on numerous occasions and in June 2017 his secretary stated that she is sure theirs a judgment as she wouldn't have been able to get the Writ processed without one and that she would need to go to storage to pull it for me but she needs a couple of weeks to do it. On the third week I started making attempts to contact Heather but as of this writing all calls and messages have gone unreturned and she is never available in the office when I call. I don't understand how they can overcharge me almost $50,000 Then demand what liittle bit of attorney fee judgment i was granted to do the job I paid him to do on many occasions. Terrible law firm he has created more problems and work for me since I retained him and he did nothing but bend over backwards to help the other party.
